Rati Pandey Complete Bio & Career
Rati Pandey hails from Assam and that is where she grew up till the age of 7. During her school days, she was a prankster and she enjoyed her school days to the fullest. She was just 7 when she along with her parents relocated to Patna and then to Delhi. She kept on changing her dreams growing up but one thing of which she was sure of that she will never work under somebody. Her childhood fantasies were to become a doctor, scientist, business and pilot among various others. Since she was weak in maths, she started inkling towards arts. She was always interested in organizing cultural events, dancing and singing. She obtained her graduate degree in economics.
She began her professional career by participating in the reality show Zee Cinestar Ki Khoj in the year 2006. Soon after, she started featuring in TV commercials and music videos. She started her acting career by performing in famous crime drama television series CID. She then played a lead role in the series titled Shadi Street in 2007. After which, she appeared in various television series with lead or supporting roles in series like Miley Jab Hum Tum, Har Ghar Kuch Kehta Hai and Hitler Didi among others.
In addition to performing in television shows, she has also featured on reality shows like Laughter Ke Phatke, Comedy Circus and Nachle Ve with Saroj Khan among others. She has also hosted prestigious events like Indian Television Academy Awards 2010 Red Carpet along with Arjun Bijlani and Zee Rishtey Awards 2012 and Zee's 20th Diwali Special alongside Rithvik Dhanjani. She is currently seen in television series Divya Drishti.
