9 to 5 Primer Matte Liquid Concealer is the product by Lakme. This is an addition to the Primer + Matte range which already has the foundation and compact. Like all other Lakme products, I’m sure that you will like it very much if not just because of the name then certainly because Lakme is a world-known brand. Lakme Liquid Concealer helps to blur fine lines around the eyes, and cover blemishes on other areas of the face to give you a seamless & natural matte finish. While helping you perfect your conceal work, Lakme’s unique brush tip applicator glides on easily in one stroke and blends flawlessly to offer excellent coverage.

My shade in this concealer is Beige 24. I’ve neutral skin tone. It is a very good match to my skin. A little amount of this concealer applied alone or under/over the foundation will give you a smooth finish. It hides pores, wrinkles, dark circles & fine lines. I also tried Cocoa 39 for contouring and Ivory 10 for highlight. To see how I used it check this Video

Tip: You can use darker shade to contour and the lighter shade to highlight your face.

Texture & Pigmentation:

The texture of this Concealer is really smooth and creamy. It is really pigmented and blends easily into the skin. In one application It hides my dark circles, covers blemishes and fine lines very nicely.

How to Apply:

1. First prep your under eye area to create a smooth canvas for concealer.
2. Then dot the concealer under your eyes using the applicator.
3. Gently dab on fine lines and blemishes.
4. Now blend easily with your beauty blender, fingertip or makeup brush.
5. To add highlight, use 1 or 2 shades lighter than the concealer shade and place on the high points of your face. You can also use this after foundation if you feel so.

My experience with Lakme 9To5 Concealer:

I really loved this concealer. The main plus in this concealer is that it has primer in it which saves my time and money. So with this I don’t need to spend some extra bucks from base primer. According to it’s price it’s a wonderfull product. It smooths my skin and conceals imperfections very nicely. This concealer can really helps in concealing dark circles, puffy eyes, fine lines, wrinkles, blemishes and acne. It’s coverage is great and stays upto 8 hours flawlessly without any cakey effect.
